What does a servicing & maintenance contract involve?

Just some of the aspects covered in a service and maintenance contract include cleaning of the buildings a/c equipment and relevant parts, advice on any deterioration in the equipment’s condition, refrigerant is checked for weight and the type present, a check for refrigerant leakage is carried out and all the systems functions are checked for operational efficiency and to check they are in good working order. Both interior and exterior units are checked. We advise on parts and components which need replacing where appropriate.

We do not tie clients into unreasonably long maintenance contracts – our client satifaction means our customer retention is very high.

Cleaning AC equipment

Our experienced technicians are able to clean air conditioners and systems regardless of the manufacturer or installer. Soiled filters are replaced, grilles cleared etc. to reduce the prospect of problems in the future. We only use the most effective and non-contaminating cleaning agents and processes to support your environmental policy as well as ensuring longevity of your equipment.

We operate throughout the Gauteng offering a servicing and maintenance contract wherever we have installed Air Conditioners.

We would be delighted to quote for the ‘take over’ of an air conditioning maintenance contract or of course we would be pleased to discuss your requirements if you do not currently benefit from regular air con servicing.

Our technicians are often introduced to new clients by being called out to an emergency repair, however clients are then sufficiently impressed with our service to take up regular servicing and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and problems with their air conditioning or refrigeration equipment in the future.
